In 2024, we had the privilege of organising the inaugural conference for the ISoP Africa Chapter in Uganda, an event that gathered significant interest and participation, drawing over 300 delegates from various countries. This successful gathering not only highlighted the importance of pharmacovigilance in the African context but also fostered collaboration and knowledge exchange among professionals in the field.
