Building on the momentum of the 2024 conference in Uganda, we helped to organise the conference on the 18th – 20th May in Windhoek, Namibia, further expanding the reach and influence within the Africa PV Community.

We attracted 280 delegates from over 47 countries over a 3 day programme which included a pre-conference training day.

The comprehensive organisation of the event encompassed a wide array of responsibilities, beginning with the design of the event website and the formulation of an effective marketing strategy. This foundation work was completed by the careful selection of an appropriate venue and the identification of reliable suppliers to ensure all logistical needs were met.

Additionally, the management of delegate bookings was handles with precision, alongside the coordination of sponsors and speakers, all of which were integral to the event’s overall success. Each aspect was executed with attention to detail, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants involved.
